Application
Biosafe is an environmentally friendly, alkaline soap with good foaming properties. The soap is safe to use and pleasant to work with. The soap's good foaming properties provide an extended holding time and better dissolution of biological material. This results in a shorter washing time. The soap is very effective against feed residues, fats, plant residues and road dust. Especially recommended for sensitive materials such as aluminum as it is non-corrosive and safe to use on all types of materials.
Biosafe is degradable to more than 90%.
User instructions
Biosafe can be used to wash all surfaces. The soap can be applied with foam equipment, or with a pump jug. Tables and benches can be washed with a bucket and cloth.
Rough cleaning: clean loose equipment and remove as much biological material as possible (such as litter, chips etc.).
Foam the surfaces with a working solution of 3–5%.
Foaming on dry surfaces gives a better impact and a longer holding time.
We recommend an exposure time of 10-30 minutes, depending on the degree of soiling. The foam must not dry during this period. Moisturize with more foam if necessary.
Rinse off with high pressure 100-150 bar. Both cold and hot water can be used, but the water temperature must not exceed 45°C.
Usage concentration
Usage solution: 3-5%. Calculate 0.4 liters of diluted solution per m2.
